am experienced trainer, facilitator, and researcher with over 15 years experience in research and research management.  I specialise in research communication, engagement and impact and undertake research on the intersection between cultural policy, entertainment, and costal regeneration and seaside towns. I explore research communication through performative presentations as well as interactive workshops and activities.

My recent publications include a study of the experiences of LGBTQ doctoral researchers and an edited collection on Research Impact and the Early Career Researcher. I am currently working on a book on Creativity, Disruption and Research Communication and a paper on sounds of the seaside. I am also the managing editor for the Journal of Research Management and Administration.

I have delivered keynote presentations and workshops on communication, impact, and EDI both in the UK and internationally.
